Bribe some law makers to make a law stating you have to be a member of the National Board of Roofers to put a roof on.
2.
All Roofers give me 400 dollars a year to be a roofer.
3.
Now that there's a law stating the home owner has to go thru us this is how we charge.
4.
If the home owner looks rich we charge 800 dollars a square.
5.
If the homeowner looks average we charge 700 per square.
6.
If the home owner looks poor we charge 600 dollars.
7.
Unless of course if you want to charge a percent of the total home value.
8.
Then we charge .07 percent of the market value of the home.
Example: If its a 100,000 dollar home we charge 7,000 dollars.
If its a 1,000,000 home we charge 70,000 dollars.
Size doesn't matter the home owners income does.
9.
If the home owner doesnt like it he or she can tear off and put the new roof on by them self.
So as to have an option( competition)
Its the American way.
